Digital Health

Our core digital health solutions focus on the "Continuum of Care" for mothers and children, ensuring no critical health milestone is missed.

• Amakomaya Mobile App: An offline-first, multimedia-rich application providing week-by-week pregnancy counseling. It utilizes localized audio and video to reach users regardless of literacy levels.
• MCH Dashboard: A specialized interface for healthcare providers to track high-risk pregnancies within their catchment area, featuring automated "danger sign" alerts.
• Digital Immunization Registry: A point-of-care system that replaces paper registers, allowing for the longitudinal tracking of a child’s vaccination history.

Open Source Tools

In alignment with the Digital Public Goods (DPG) standard, we provide tools that help other developers and governments build upon our foundation.

• DHIS2-to-FHIR Transformer: A Python-based utility that extracts data from DHIS2 and maps it to standardized HL7 FHIR resources, enabling interoperability with global systems.
• FHIR Resource Validator: A lightweight tool for health informatics developers to ensure their clinical data bundles meet national and international profiles.
• UI Component Library: A set of React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS components (including "bento-style" layouts) optimized for displaying clinical timelines and medical data.

We build the "operating systems" for integrated health data exchange in Nepal.

• National Health Data Atlas: A geospatial platform that visualizes maternal health indicators, helping policy makers identify "health deserts" where service delivery is lagging.
• Tele-Counseling Hub: A multi-channel platform (SMS, Voice, App) that connects rural mothers with medical experts, utilizing an integrated mapping system for emergency referrals.

APIs

Connectivity is the backbone of our systems. We provide secure, standardized endpoints for seamless integration.

• FHIR Standard APIs: RESTful endpoints for Patient, Observation, and Immunization resources, adhering to the latest HL7 FHIR standards.
• Reporting APIs: Dedicated connectors for pushing data to the national HMIS (Health Management Information System) and DHIS2 instances.
